Do all staff receive training and development?
All managers and supervisors receive ongoing and comprehensive training in the qualities to manage the sites they are allocated. All cleaning staff receive in-house and on-site training in all areas needed to carry out their given duties. All Health and Safety issues and company policies are covered in their initial induction.
What are the payment terms?
14 Days but if you require longer please state when placing an order.
What are the payment methods?
We accept cheques, cash, BACS or Card payments.
Can you price match?
At Riolett, we all ways price match.
Do you supply the cleaning products and equipment?
Yes. The cleaning products and equipment are included in the price.
Our site is big and needs many staff. Can you handle that?
Yes. We are experienced in managing sites of all sizes and can supply as many cleaning staff as necessary.
Our business has special requirements regarding staffing, training, cleaning etc.
We can accommodate most reasonable requests.

Yes, all employees are covered by our employer's liability and public liability insurance.

What are Your Opening Hours?
We can provide cleaning services from 6 am until 11 pm, 7 days a week every day of the year except xmas day. We can also work through the night if requested
