Assessment Scheme (CHAS)

The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) Is an established market leader for health and safety pre-qualification in the UK. It is a non-commercial scheme available to suppliers (those who provide goods and services) and to organisations (buyers) looking for suitably competent suppliers. The aim of the scheme is to save time and resources by avoiding unnecessary duplication in the first stage of competence assessment; the CDM Core criteria and scheme fully reflects the stage one requirements of assessing competence under CDM 2007.

International Powered Access Federation (IPAF)

IPAF promotes the safe and effective use of powered access worldwide and is a not-for-profit members organisation, representing the interests of manufacturers, distributors, users, and rental and training companies. The IPAF training programme for platform operators is certified by TÃœV as conforming to ISO 18878. All Riolett operatives have been awarded the PAL Card (Powered Access Licence), the most widely held and recognised proof of training for platform operators.

Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS)

CSCS was set up to help the construction industry to improve quality and reduce accidents. CSCS cards are increasingly demanded as proof of occupational competence by contractors, public and private clients and others. They cover hundreds of occupations so whatever you do in construction there will be a card that is suitable for you. The CSCS test aims to ensure knowledge across a wide range of health and safety topics in order to improve safety and productivity on site.

Prefabricated Access Suppliers' & Manufacturers' Association (PASMA)

The PASMA Code of Practice is the definitive access tower reference document for managers, supervisors, health and safety professionals and users alike, incorporating the requirements of the Work at Height Regulations 2005.

• Abusive and offensive slogans were left on our company building. After returning back to work on a Monday morning I discovered the side of my property that had an alley way access was covered in abusive graffiti not for the faint hearted.
  
  On scouring the internet and obtaining many quotes I came across Riolett who came and surveyed the mess the GRAFFITI Bandits had left. Riolett UK was by far the cheapest quote and guaranteed they could get it to looking 90% new. Using their latest technology along with bio degradable agents the graffiti was removed and all within a day with no disruption caused to my staff or passing pedestrians. It was a Job Well done and I was astounded that they got it off the exterior side wall.   The result from the pressure washing of our office brick wall was truly incredible.
  
  I didn't realise how dirty the building was until you removed the graffiti from the south wall. The only negative about the service I have is that now we are going to have you back to clean the rest of the building so that it matches the wall you cleaned lol

• Our commercial car park previously looked like a derelict car park, an invitation to people dumping unwanted rubbish, it was overgrown with weeds that had escaped through the cracks and the sand between the cracks had long gone a perfect habitat for unwanted lodgers in the form of insects. Chewing gum was also another ghastly site that must of made Fellow business men turning up for meetings just want to jump at the chance to do business with us!!!
  
  After one Business man made a comment the shame was enough and I found riolett on the internet, they promised that they could get the car park to look 99% brand new for the most reasonable price I was quoted. Within a day the car park looked magnificent , No longer did it look like an inhabitable place where you wouldn't want to park your car, Weeds, stains and all chewing gum was gone and visiting business men was no longer afraid to leave their cars parked here. Fantastic Job Riolett , I would recommend you over and over again!!!
